4/6 of a set I commissioned recently from my good and huggable friend xenokurisu

Being the leader of Townsville's famous Powerpuff Girls would be scary to most people, but Blossom has the brains and the heart to pull it off while still living a mostly normal life.

Not to mention, she's great at keeping a cool head in any situation. Her ice breath power comes in real handy whenever the situation starts to get a little too hot to handle...
