Description
My final upload for tonight. Again, commissioned by me from late last year (so late, I think I only received it in my email when I got back home in early January. )
Another fun little children's series from the 80s, this one is "The Raggy Dolls". It was about a small group of dolls who were all "rejects" in some way - to teach children that we're all different from the expected "normal" in one way or another, but together we can all still do great things. ^_^ A real feel-good series, it was probably never seen other than in the UK. [link]
Lucy and Princess are having a lovely picnic. Lucy is a reject because her limbs are poorly sewed-on ("Loose-y", lame pun), and Princess was meant to be a pretty pink princess doll, but it was the end of a production run and the material ran out, so she got cobbled together. It's just as well they're dolls, given the indelicate positions they always sat in.
