Rowdyruff portrait - Boomer!

5/6 of a set I commissioned recently from my good and huggable friend xenokurisu

Boomer is the most laid-back of the Rowdyruff Boys - he just likes to kick back and have fun. He's also the closest friend of the Powerpuff Girls, Bubbles in particular; they dated for a while in their teen years, before breaking up and remaining close friends.

Boomer's power is the ability to create a force shield made from soundwaves, useful for deflecting or blocking attacks from monsters and supervillains. Not so useful when Bubbles likes to deliver sneak tickle attacks on him though! Boomer is very ticklish, particularly on his feet (under the toes and arches), but part of his wardrobe of choice is his favourite pair of Teva sandals, and Bubbles just loves to take advantage of this vulnerability to send him into fits of giggles whenever he isn't paying attention.
